RESTRICTIONS: There’s a $5.00USD copyright fee for the use or video cameras at Chacchoben ruins, this fee not included in the tour price and is paid directly at the site’s entrance. This fee applies only for video cameras (Camcorders, GoPro, etc) there’s no fee for the use of digital photo cameras and cell phones even if they can take video. Tripods and drones aren’t allowed at Chacchoben ruins. Weight limit for a single kayak is 220 pounds or 270 pounds for a double kayak. Life vests are mandatory. Children must be 10 years old to kayak alone, younger children can kayak with an adult. CANCELLATION POLICY: One week before the tour. An administrative fee of $15 USD per person is non-refundable. No-Shows or late arrivals are non-refundable. Your deposit payment received and administrative fees for this reservation are fully refundable if for any reason your cruise ship does not call port.
